Residential customers can have their bills automatically paid out of their checking or savings accounts.
To sign up, download, print, and mail-in the Direct Debit Application (Adobe PDF*) or call (626) 744 4005 to request an application.
Customers are encouraged to explore the services of CheckFree® (at http://www.checkfree.com) as another billing alternative.
You may pay by phone using credit cards only by calling (626) 744-4005. You must have your account number and PIN ready. (Ask Customer Service Representative for your PIN.).
A drop box is located at the southeast corner of Union Street and Garfield Avenue. Payments received after 2 p.m. will be credited the following business day.
