Pasadena Public Health Department

    We provide complimentary, fun and interactive nutrition and physical activity classes year-round throughout Pasadena. We offer one-time workshops and a series of five 90-minute classes. Classes and workshops are available in English or Spanish.  Topics covered include:

    2. Rediscover Fruits & Vegetables
    3. Read It Before You Eat It
    4. Rethink Your Drink
    5. The Real Cost of Eating Out

    Through a partnership with Pasadena Unified School District (PUSD), we provide nutrition education and healthy food demonstration classes to PUSD students and parents.
