    AA or AS Degree - $175/mo
    BA or BS Degree - $500/ mo
    MotorsAdvanced Post Certificate - $550/mo
    Special Assignment Bonus - 3.75% added to base pay
    PERS Retirement - 3% at 55
    Uniform Allowance - $850/yr
    Vacations - Up to 20 days per year
    Alternate Work Schedules - 3/12, 4/10, 9/80
    Bilingual Pay - $140/mo
    Tuition/Fee Reimbursement - Up to $500/year

    Lateral Incentive Pay - $7500 upon completion of probation.
    Laterals receive 40 hours of sick leave.
    Lateral appointments are generally hired at higher Step based upon experience.
