  • Review of Second Unit Regulations


    The City’s Second Unit Ordinance, regulates the construction of second units in Single Family residential zones. This ordinance was adopted in 2004. The newly adopted housing Element for 2014- 2021 identified a program to review the second unit ordinance. This review is scheduled to begin after the General Plan has been completed. Below is a Power Point presentation that was prepared several years ago for the Bungalow Heaven Neighborhood.
