The Northwest Programs Division of the Planning and Development Department together with Urban Futures, a redevelopment consultant, is preparing amendments to the plans to merge the five Northwest Redevelopment Project Areas (Orange Grove, Lincoln Avenue, Fair Oaks Avenue, Lake/Washington and Villa-Parke). If approved, the Merger will combine tax increment revenue from the five Redevelopment Areas into one funding source with the ultimate goal of improving the qualify of life within the merged Redevelopment Areas.
