If you’re struggling to make ends meet, have necessary home repairs you cannot afford or problems with your home mortgage, help is on the way.
Low- and moderate-income homeowners in Pasadena can seek help from “Under One Roof,” a new collaboration by the City of Pasadena’s Water & Power and Housing departments, Neighborhood Housing Services of Los Angeles County and GRID Alternatives.
The program can provide low- or no-cost assistance and repairs and money-saving options to help you stay in your home; help pay utility bills; and even get solar electric systems! And, if you utilize all four organizations, you could earn $5,000 in home efficiency improvements.
