Sept. 14 is the first day of school for Pasadena Unified School District students. San Rafael Elementary School will continue to offer dual-immersion classes in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese. Every middle school will offer a scholars program for advanced students, robotics classes are being expanded to middle grades, and college and career pathways programs offer exciting new learning opportunities for high school students.
