After the Outreach Summary Report was completed, City staff and the General Plan Update Advisory Committee (GPUAC) had a good understanding of what people liked and what they wanted for the future. On that foundation, it was time to start creating different options for the updated General Plan. In fall 2010, two workshops and a community charrette were held to take what was heard and tranlate them into four land use alternatives.
