PCOC APPOINTS JULIE GUTIERREZ AS ACTING CEO
PASADENA, Calif.—The Pasadena Center Operating Company (PCOC) Board of Directors on Dec. 18 named Assistant City Manager Julie Gutierrez as Acting Chief Executive Officer for PCOC.

The appointment of Ms. Gutierrez was announced at the PCOC Board meeting Dec. 18. She currently sits on the PCOC Board as a representative of the City Manager. Ms. Gutierrez will temporarily relinquish the Board seat while working as Acting CEO.
No further comment regarding Mr. Ross will be made at this time.
