FAMILIES TO RECEIVE CHRISTMAS TREES FROM PASADENA POLICE (12/8/12)

On Saturday, December 8th, members of the Pasadena Police Department will deliver Christmas trees to several Pasadena area families. These trees were made available through generous donations from parishioners of St. Mark’s Parish in Pasadena and Pastor Carri Grindon.

Chief Phillip Sanchez, along with several police department employees and volunteers will pick up the trees from St. Marks Parish, located at 1014 North Altadena Drive in Pasadena between 8:30 – 11:30 a.m. and deliver them to families throughout the city who otherwise wouldn’t have the opportunity to enjoy a Christmas tree this year.

Recipients for these trees were referred by police officers, community members or in person as they registered for the police department’s annual Christmas Basket Delivery Program which will occur on Saturday, December 22nd.
