7/30                 Night Shift                 

Monrovia:  PD-1 responded to the 1700 block of Leafwood to assist ground officers in searching for a suspect who fled on foot during a traffic stop.  The aircrew located the suspect using the thermal imaging camera and directed ground officers to him.  After a short foot pursuit the suspect was taken into custody and booked for several outstanding narcotics related warrants.
