7/30                 Night Shift                   

Covina:  PD-1 responded to the area of 1100 block of E. Badillo to assist ground units in searching for a suspect who fled from them on foot.  Upon arrival, the air crew began a systematic search which led to them finding the suspect on the roof of a nearby location.  He was taken into custody after a short standoff with ground units.
