On August 20, the Oversight Board of the Successor Agency to the Pasadena Community Development Commission took the following actions:

1. Approved the Successor Agency’s Jan 1, 2013 -June 30, 2013 Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS III);
2. Approved the Successor Agency Administration Budget for January 1-June 30, 2013, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34(j);
