On April 26, 2012, the Oversight Board of the Successor Agency to the Pasadena Community Development Commission took the following actions:  

1. Approved the Successor Agency’s Revised Jan 1, 2012 -June 30, 2012 Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS); 
2. Approved the Successor Agency Administration Revised Budget for January 1-June 30, 2012, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34(j); 
3. Approved the Successor Agency’s July 1, 2012-December 30, 2012 Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule; 
4. Approved the Successor Agency's Administration Budget for July 1, 2012 – December 30, 2012, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34177(j). 

The Oversight Board is scheduled to meet on May 10, 2012.
