Councilmember Steve Madison and the San Rafael Library Associates met on January 7th, 2011, to celebrate the Associates' completion of the renovation of the Community Room and the dedication of a painting for the room in honor of their late board member, Dorothy Lindsey, a passionate supporter of libraries.
