Transportation

 The Department of Transportation is committed to achieving safe, efficient and convenient movement of people and goods within Pasadena, while concurrently ensuring a balance between land use and transportation to maintain a livable community in which cars are not necessary to travel within the City. 

Current volunteer needs 

• Engineering Aide and Planning Aide - For current students working on a degree in Engineering, Planning or Public Administration.
   
• Administrative support - May perform a variety of general office duties, such as, providing front desk coverage, answering telephones, greeting the public, data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, drafting correspondence and assisting with special assignments as needed.
