The Pasadena Arts & Culture Commission and the Cultural Affairs Division announce the release of the 2015/2016 Annual Grants Program Application and Guidelines. The Annual Grants Program is designed to support the creative life of Pasadena through four grant categories. The Program expands public access to the arts in our community by supporting the work of the individual artist, bringing the creative process into the classroom, funding annual festivals and parades and the programs and planning of our cultural institutions.2015/2016 Annual Grants Program Guidelines2015/2016 Annual Grants Program Festivals & Parades
